Lemon essential oil is one of the most easily recognised oils because of its refreshing, energising and uplifting scent. The health benefits of lemon oil can be attributed to its stimulating, calming, astringent, detoxifying, antiseptic, disinfectant and anti-fungal properties.

Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it's great for acne treatment and prevention. It's full of antioxidants, it is great for slowing down ageing. It is extremely moisturising and soothing, so it helps create a glow.

Oatmeal can soak up the excess oil on your skin. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help to treat dry skin and remove dead skincells. Oats also contain compounds called saponins, which are natural cleansers. They remove the dirt and oil that clog the pores and exfoliate the skin.
