Water permeable and breathable nail polish.
DIRECTIONS:
Gently wipe each nail with nail polish remover to eliminate any oily residue prior to painting. To achieve a perfect manicure, glide the nail polish brush over each fingernail, coating the surface from base to tip. For best results, apply a second coat after 5 minutes and a Top & Base Coat to seal and prolong wear.
