Payment
Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards and paypal through our secure and fully encrypted payment gateway.
Shipping
Shipping by Australia Post. Postage is automatically combined for multiple purchases.
Australiawide - Standard and Express Post Available. We ship 1-2 times a week, please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on service chosen.
International Shipping – Standard shipping is standard and is calculated by your location. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery Worldwide. We may be able to offer you a faster shipping service if required. We Are The Freedom Store is not liable for any further import taxes or duties payable, Please check your local customs policies to ensure goods can be imported to your country and whether any additional fees may be payable.
Delivery
All items are traceable through Australia Post and you can ask for a tracking number on request. If you have not received your item we can investigate delivery and look into this for you.
Returns accepted for all items within 14 days of receipt of goods, providing item is returned with all packaging and returned in unworn / unused condition.
